The concept behind this video was to capture the reality of a training session at Dwars CrossFit. By focusing on real moments, the video gives an honest impression of what it feels like to be part of the class.


The Nationals

This promo video was created to build excitement for the new season of The Nationals. Using archival footage from previous seasons, the concept was to highlight the energy, intensity and growth of the event, setting the stage for what is set to become its biggest season yet.

Throughout The Nationals season, a fitness competition with 4 events during the season, I’ve been capturing the personal stories behind the athletes, adding depth to the competition.
